Jo Sutherland DiPSW MA
Jo has been working in professional and practice development for the past 25 years – predominantly within Mental Health and Local Government and the NHS. First and foremost, she is a practitioner, who brings real front-line experience to the lives of the people and organisations she supports.
Her focus has been on service re-design, staff development and appraisals, coaching and 1:1 support. Her particular attention has been working with individuals to assess their strengths and skillset, building on their personal and professional development and helping people build their resilience to effectively navigate personal and organisational change.
Her consultancy experience spans Local Authorities, the NHS, Public, Private and 3rd Sector. She is an experienced and effective Executive Coach.
She delivers specific programmes in stress management, team building, coaching and effective working relationships underpinned by a strong ethos in strength focussing and asset building. Her work takes her all over the country.

Pam bates
Pam is a registered nurse with over 40 years experience in a variety of sectors including Primary Care, Secondary Care, The Pharmaceutical Industry and Private Healthcare.
Pam prides herself in her expertise in regulatory compliance, audit, quality and safeguarding. Given her background she is well placed to work with health and social sectors and her many leadership roles have given her a broad and in-depth knowledge of many areas including Business Processes, Safeguarding, Training, Lean Processes and sales including sales management.

Art Director
Ros Smith
Ros has worked in the safeguarding and adult social care arena for most of her career. Her specialisms and interests lie in safeguarding adults and she has significant experience supporting organisations to deliver services offering person-centred choice and decision-making support via sound knowledge of The Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Ros has worked in statutory services NHS as an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor; and within the Fire & Rescue Service, as Safeguarding Co-ordinator.
Ros has significant multi-agency and Safeguarding Board experience and has had responsibility for the creation and delivery of safeguarding and MCA.
Ros also worked for another Local Authority delivering training specifically to the social workers and AMHP’s on courses such as Section 42 Enquiry, Strengths Based Assessments and MCA.
Ros has been the Safeguarding ‘Expert Speaker’ for the Centre for Pharmaceutical Post Graduate Excellence (CPPE) and as a confident public speaker, has spoken at universities as an expert speaker for social work students.
Ros delivers levels 1-5 of Safeguarding training and is experienced in delivering training to varying organisations ranging from the 3rd sector, police, private sector and statutory organisations.
Ros is passionate about Mental Health within the workplace and is a Mental Health First Aid trainer.

Stephen Lonsdale
I am a highly qualified and experienced social worker with over 25 years’ experience in the statutory sectors as both a front line worker through to a very senior manager Head of Service and Assistant to the Director of Operations. I am an expert in Adult Safeguarding, the Mental Capacity and Mental Health Acts and the statutory duties within this legislation. I am passionate about delivering creative solutions to secure positive outcomes for both individuals and the communities in which they live. Central to my core values are empowerment, partnership, and equality, which I actively promote within the agencies I work with. I have a wealth of knowledge regarding service user and carer engagement and am well used to strategically navigating the different requirements of organisations. Additionally I am completing a PHD thesis at Chester University considering the discrimination Transgender individuals face on a daily basis.
